For major defects discovered, please take a photo/photos of your discovery/discoveries and send it to dressesndb@yahoo.com. You may be entitled to a refund if you return the item to us within 5 days of your order being dispatched. The item, however, must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. This includes the return of the original packaging including labels and tags still being attached. Otherwise, a refund may not be offered.
Please note that Dresses and Drawing Boards sells a piece for each item (or a set for items that come in sets). So exchange of a purchased item could only mean substituting the purchased item with a totally different product from the store, but one which is of the same price or lower. 'exchange' with an item priced higher than purchased item is possible, provided a top up of the amount difference is being made.

Each item sold in this store is described with "Country of Origin", which means the country in which the item is imported from and not where it was made in.
Clothes come in only a piece for each item (or one set for items that come in sets). So once sold, we have zero of such items left in our store.

Note that sizes in toddler clothes from Australia and Japan are presented a bit differently. Toddler clothes from Australia come in sizes 12-18 months, 18-24 months, sizes 2 and 3 (referring to 2 years old and 3 years old respectively), whereas toddler clothes sizes from Japan indicate the child's height and weight measurements. If in doubt, the chart above could be used to determine the correct size for your child for clothes from Australia.
TIPS ON CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE: The cm and kg measurements specified in the clothes from Japan refers to body measurements and not garment measurements. So, if your child is of 90cm in height and weighs about 12kg, then a 90cm/12kg skirt would most easily fit, though for some toddlers, with a bit of extra length, maybe, and probably space, too, in the clothings. Clothings sold here are easy fit and meant to suit girls of ages between 1-3 years old. So if your child is 1-3 years old and can fit in most 1-3 year old girl clothings bought in stores in Australia, Japan and Singapore, the same should be applied here. However, if in doubt, feel free to contact us for specific measurements. Take note however that it is important not to take your child's measurements after she eats, nor should your child tip toe, lie down, hold her breath or clench muscles. Her body should be relaxed and above all, the measuring tape should be horizontal when measuring around the body.
